Haryana rules for Faridabad payroll

• Professional Tax: none. Haryana does not levy PT.
• Labour Welfare Fund: collected monthly: 0.2% of wages from the employee, capped at ₹34 a month from 1 January 2025, with the employer paying twice the employee's share. See Labour Welfare Fund.
• Minimum wages: notified by the Haryana Labour Department by category and revised by notification.
• PF and ESI: apply in full. In a plant with a large lower-wage workforce, most workers are within the ESI wage limit.
• Shops and establishments: the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1958, as applied in Haryana.
