Is the price monthly or yearly?
The number you see is per company, per month. Switch to Annual to pay yearly and get 2 months free. GST is extra; a GST invoice is always provided.
Do you charge per login?
No. You are billed per employee record, and every manager and employee can log in at no extra cost. Charging per login would make you ration access, and adoption is the whole point.
What counts as a back-office login?
Everyone who signs in is included — HR, managers, accounts and every employee. Klok bills on employee records, not on who logs in.
How does the free trial work?
Free for 14 days — up to 25 employees and 5 logins, all core modules, no card. It exists so you can prove the thing works on your own team before paying a rupee.
