Goals That Connect To Real Data
Klok already holds attendance, production and payroll data. A goal that reads from that is worth setting; a goal typed into a form once a year is not.

AI Drafts, The Manager Decides
The same principle as the rest of Klok: the machine assembles the evidence and drafts the summary, and a human validates it. It will not write anyone an appraisal on its own.

Can I run appraisals in Klok today?
No. There is no appraisal, goal or review functionality in the product at present. This page exists so you can see where we are going, not to suggest it is here.
Why publish a page for something unbuilt?
Because you deserve to know what is coming before you buy, and because a promise made in writing is one we can be held to. Everything on this page is labelled as roadmap.
What is available now?
Append-only salary revisions, increment history, and the attendance and production data a fair review needs. The workflow around it is what is missing.
Is performance management available now?
It is on the roadmap and we say so on the page rather than implying otherwise. If it is a requirement for you today, tell us before you buy — we would rather lose the deal than the customer.
Can we use the rest of the platform meanwhile?
Yes. Modules are independent, and what is switched off is not billed, so nothing forces you to wait for one module to use another.
Can we switch this module off if we do not need it?
Yes. Modules are switched on per company and what is off is not billed. There is no bundle you have to buy through to reach the part you actually want.
Who can see this data inside our company?
Access follows the role you assign, and every company's data is isolated from every other company's by a boundary enforced in the software and covered by automated tests. Nobody at another company can reach yours.
Can we get our data out later?
At any time, without asking us, in usable formats. That is a deliberate commitment rather than a feature — a system you cannot leave is one you cannot trust with payroll.
