The lead is captured where you met them
A scan at the stall becomes a scored lead, an account and a contact — before the conversation has ended. No evening spent typing business cards into a spreadsheet that nobody opens again.
Capture At The Event
A QR scan creates the lead on the spot, with the event it came from attached. Attribution is recorded at capture, not reconstructed later from memory.
Scored On The Way In
Every lead arrives with a score, so the follow-up queue is ordered by who is worth calling first rather than by who was scanned first.
Accounts And Contacts
A lead becomes a real account with real contacts. The same company met at three events is one account, not three duplicates.
A Deal Pipeline
Deals move through stages you define, with the value and the expected close date on each one.
Closing Demands A Reason
Won or lost, a deal cannot be closed without recording why. That single requirement is what makes the pipeline worth reading a quarter later.
One Platform
The people selling are the same people in your HR records. Territory, reporting line and incentive data already exist — the CRM does not need its own copy.
Capture at the moment, not at the hotel that evening
Event leads decay fast. The business cards collected on Tuesday are typed up on Friday, by which point half the context is gone and a third of the cards are somebody else's problem.
A scan at the stall opens a capture form on the visitor's own phone. Photograph their card and the details fill themselves in; they answer a few questions if they want to, and the lead exists — scored, with the code it came from attached — before the conversation has finished.
Scoring on the way in
A lead arrives with a grade already attached, computed from what they told you rather than from what somebody remembers about the conversation. The scoring rules are yours and they are visible, so a grade can be explained rather than defended.
Closing demands a reason
A deal cannot be closed without recording why. Won or lost, the reason is required — which is the only reliable way to end a quarter with a usable answer to why the pipeline behaved as it did.
Accounts, contacts and deals sit on the same platform as everything else, so the person who joins you from a client conversation is not in a separate system from the person you hire.
From a scan to a pipeline
They scan
A QR code at the stall opens the capture form on their own phone.
The card is read
Photograph it and the contact details fill themselves in — no typing on a phone keyboard.
Scored on arrival
Graded against your own visible rules, with the source code still attached.
Into the pipeline
Account, contact and deal — and closing it later requires a stated reason.
Sales CRM FAQs
Is this a full enterprise CRM?
No, and it does not pretend to be. It covers capture, qualification, accounts, contacts and a deal pipeline. If you need quote configuration, complex partner hierarchies or a marketing automation suite, a dedicated CRM will serve you better.
Do we need the event module to use it?
No. Event capture is one way leads arrive; you can create leads and accounts directly. The event route simply removes the typing when you are working a stall.
Can we define our own pipeline stages?
Yes. Stages are configured per company, so the pipeline reflects how your team actually sells.
Why insist on a closing reason?
Because a pipeline without reasons tells you what happened but never why. Lost reasons are the most useful sales data most companies never collect.
Why does an HR system include a CRM?
Because many of our customers run field teams whose attendance, travel and targets are the same people and the same day. Keeping them in one system avoids reconciling two records of where somebody was.
Can a deal be closed without a reason?
No. Closing demands a reason, won or lost. A pipeline where deals vanish without explanation cannot tell you anything about why you win.
Can we switch this module off if we do not need it?
Yes. Modules are switched on per company and what is off is not billed. There is no bundle you have to buy through to reach the part you actually want.
Who can see this data inside our company?
Access follows the role you assign, and every company's data is isolated from every other company's by a boundary enforced in the software and covered by automated tests. Nobody at another company can reach yours.
Stop losing leads between the stall and the spreadsheet
